Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- We are not able to ship to locations outside of the United States.
- We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, except for military.
- Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. ET will ship the same day (business days).
- Your credit card will not be charged until your items have shipped. For items purchased with a debit or bank card, there may be a hold or authorization placed on your card upon order confirmation.
Footwear At Work Company begins processing your order as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays). For example, if you order an item on Monday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
